In addition to status update reports about the re-landscaping of the community entrance and securing proposals from professional landscape architects to help design a superior project; a report will be provided on the status of the road improvements, and the Board will be considering whether to establish the initial road improvement project budget at $600,000 in an effort to quickly improve the average Saddle Creek road condition to a rating of “Good to Very Good”.
