Your Copper Valley Community Services District (CSD) will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 2:00PM in the Sports-Fitness Center on Saddle Creek Drive. The CSD meetings are open to the public and we truly appreciate your attendance and input. The agenda and all meeting materials are available on the CSD Board Meeting page and linked below.
On the agenda is the presentation of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022. The CSD’s independent auditor, Larry Bain will be in attendance virtually to make the presentation. The Board will also discuss weed abatement procedures for this year. Also on the agenda is discussion of security concerns raised by a member of the public.

We will be discussing the future pavement maintenance program, an Encroachment permit process for new construction and an investment option to increase interest generation on your tax money! The Board will be holding a public hearing to take comments and input on the adoption of the an encroachment permit ordinance, that will help us ensure that our nice roads stay in good condition for many years and are not damaged by construction vehicles and equipment. The ordinance also ensures that new driveway approaches, sidewalks and other work on CVCSD property (roads) is performed correctly. Good Friday evening! Below is the agenda for the October 4, 2022 Special Meeting of the Copper Valley CSD Board of Directors. This meeting is considered “special” due to the fact that our regular meeting of September 20, 2022 was cancelled and this meeting scheduled in its place. On the agenda, the Board will be discussing:
An ordinance related to the issuance of encroachment permits and the related permitting process
The process for the CSD to consider accepting the newly constructed roads and related infrastructure in the new unit in Quail Creek
The development of a strategic plan for the CSD
The potential for reorganization of the Office Manager position
